We offer group and individual sessions which focus on providing parents with the knowledge, skills and a supportive community before and after the birth of your child.

The Baby Blueprint
A uniquely useful course of 6 sessions £150
This is designed for new and expectant parents (aimed to be done before your baby reaches 4 months of age). This is can be completed anytime during pregnancy and aimed at parent with babies less than 4 months old

What to expect when you are expecting: The baby blueprint
During this session we will start to look at each of our pre-existing skills and knowledge about bringing home a baby. We will debunk myths and start to build a clearer picture of what life may well be like and provide skills tools to support you to adapt during this transition period during this early time period
Calm and confident: Understanding Feeding
Feeding a baby can be complicated. its a dance between you and your baby -which neither of you have done before. we discuss the different approaches to feeding and debunk myths around feeding in order to support a family to maintain calmness, connection and provide your baby with what they need to thrive.
Rest Easy: the 4am club
Sleep. Sleep. Sleep.Our focus is sleep. We look at the science of sleep and understanding how our babies sleep and how we can optimise and build healthy sleep habits
The next sessions all run once your baby is born. We will be with you in the lead up to birth and check in individually with you in the 1st 10 days. After that you will join a group with babies a similar age.
Group 1: Adjusting to life as a family:
In the first 6-8 weeks after birth to talk about adjustment to parenting your family setting strong roots and settling into good habits
Group 2: The ending of the 4th trimester and coming of the next chapter.
12-14 weeks to look ahead and understand what is to come and feel ready to meet the challenges that lie ahead. We will focus on resources available to you and how to access support when you need it going forwards.
We will continue to run monthly group drop-in sessions charged at £10 a session. You are welcome to join any session to talk through the current stage you are in and prepare for the next set of challenges to come.
Mum’s Walk ‘n talk

Our weekly walking group, aimed at new mums for a nap or just some fresh air. Its good for us, its good for our babies and its an easy way to talk through anything on your mind.
Join us for some fresh air, a lightening of your worries and remind yourself that you are not alone. We will be your village, because it takes a village

This is your time—your pause, your sanctuary. Let care and kindness surround you, and feel like yourself again - even if its just for a moment. Every mum deserves it
Join us for a mini spa treatment, a chat with other mum’s and on-hand support for the challenges you may be facing. Please feel free to join us if you are still pregnant.
